NEW SURGERY PAVILIONTo offer to the people a health service with the most comprehensive coverage of areas which improvements can reduce mortality in particular in case of problems during childbirth, a new pavilion will be built on a new land, integrated with European structures already existing as the transfusion hall and the oxygen generation and with the future Hall of Intensive Care Project : IN PROGRESS

NEW DENTAL CLINICThe project’s aim is to build a new dental clinic near the new surgery and more accessible to the local population. The project is carried out thanks to the support and the formation given by the specialized medical staff of the organization “Oltre il sorriso”. The activities are being developed in collaboration with the University of Kinshasa in order to train new dental technicians. Project: IN PROGRESS

NEW CLINIC FOR EPILEPSY DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENTIn the summer 2019 the training of Congolese personnel has been completed. The local staff has been taught how to read and interpret an electroencephalogram, and how to use correctly anti-epileptic medications. The rooms for specialized examinations in Casa Patrick has been renovated. Project: COMPLETED
CARDIOLOGY PAVILION RENOVATIONIn the spring 2019 the renovation work of the cardiology pavilion has been completed. The rooms have been renovated, the dorms have been divided between adults’ and children’s, the bathrooms and the facilities have been adjusted. Project: COMPLETED
NEW PHYSIOTHERAPY CLINICIn the summer 2019 the renovation of the physiotherapy room for the children and the disabled kids has been completed. Project: COMPLETED |
